Favourite neighbourhood in New York:
Having lived in the West Village for many years, it is one of my most cherished locales. The charm that emanates from the cobblestone streets with the majesty of the 19th- century townhouses make it such a special place to live or visit.
Favourite place for brunch:
Morandi or The Waverly Inn!
Favourite gallery or museum:
I am undeniably partial to The Met because of the extraordinary exhibition curated by the Costume Institute that captivates me each year.
Favourite place to shop:
I love shopping for antiques and there is a wonderful market in Chelsea called Showplace – a treasure trove where I discover my best pieces. Bergdorf Goodman is also one of my favorite places to go shopping, they have everything!
Favourite place to find inspiration:
I find myself quite inspired by my surroundings when in New York, there is such a dynamic energy it is hard to not be influenced by it daily. I also love the timeless style of vintage clothes and can find inspiration when shopping at some of my favorite shops like New York Vintage.
Favourite park in New York:
Central Park – there is so much to discover! My children love animals, so we often visit the Central Park Zoo. I also enjoy walking the High Line.
Favourite food market:
I love to explore Chelsea Market! Our new office is conveniently nearby, allowing me to indulge in the many delectable cuisines. I particularly love Buon Italia, they have the best selection of Italian fare.
Your sanctuary in New York:
My home is truly my sanctuary. I truly enjoy tending to my garden and spending time with my delightful donkeys and miniature horses. Having relocated slightly away from Manhattan, I cherish the space that allows me to pursue my passions outside of work. Yet, I am grateful I can return to the vibrant energy I feel while in the city.
