Accessibility at Scoop.

Kensington (Olympia) is the closest station to The National Hall, a short 5 minute walk away, and offers step-free access. This is reachable via Sothern Rail, London Overground at all times, and the District Line runs on weekends. Earls Court and Hammersmith are the next closest stations and are a 15 minute walk away, both also offer step free access. You can find out more on the TFL step free guide.

If you intend on driving, you must pre-book your space in Olympia Events' motorail car park, online here, as parking is limited. There are wide bays available for Blue Badge holders. Please note, pre-booking guarantees your space in the motor retail park, however, wide bays are issued on a first come first first-served basis.

Getting around Scoop London

Scoop London is located in Olympia Events National Hall, which has lift in the foyer entrance. There is another lift accessible at the front right-hand side of the hall, which will take you onto our gallery level.

Facilities, spaces and dining

The National Hall offers multiple toilet areas with baby changing facilities, there is also a disabled toilet accessible at the right-hand side of the hall.

There are multiple seating areas available across the show floor, as well as two catering outlets provided by Olympia Events.

Companions and assistance animals

Trained assistance and guide dogs are welcome but please be mindful that certain environments, where noise levels or attendance numbers are high, can be stressful or confusing for assistance dogs.

For the safety and wellbeing of everyone, please ensure your dog is wearing a collar, coat, or other garment which indicates that they are an Assistance animal, or otherwise enables them to be easily identified as an Assistance animal.

Other animals, for example emotional support animals or welfare animals are not permitted into the event.
