Fashion background: 25 years in fashion and luxury related industries, including French “maisons” including Givenchy, Cacharel and Louis Féraud and then international distribution (Galeries Lafayette) and e-commerce (Brandalley, Jumia-Rocket Internet)
Your first fashion memory: My first fashion memories are mostly from my family: my grandma in her Hollywood inspired dress: a dramatic bohemian glamourous maxi dress with a flowing, voluminous silhouette in a psychedelic swirl print in bright yellow, orange and pink tones. I remember also how my mother was stunning in her 1980s Mugler suit with wide shoulders.
Your style in three words: Relevant – cool - elegant
Where do you find inspiration: Mostly during my travels around the globe; everything is an inspiration : people, streets, buildings, exhibitions, sounds and scents. Memories and echos also but not nostalgia.
Favourite museum: Musee des arts décoratifs Paris (MAD)
Greatest success: Creating the brand YAS for Bestseller group, launching Jumia, the African Amazon, as fashion director and opening Galeries Lafayette overseas!
Best Coffee in Paris: Restaurant Eldorado - 18 Rue des Dames – amazing café in a wonderful place especially their garden.
Favourite piece in the Minuit Douze collection: Our Cambridge coat for FW2026 right now in shops!
